目的:为探讨不同胎龄人胎垂体生长激素含量变化与胚胎生长发育的关系。方法:用双抗体放射免疫分析方法研究27例正常人胎和8例无脑儿血清及垂体生长激素含量。结果:①在胎21周以前,垂体所含生长激素逐渐增加,21-24周达高峰,此后呈下降趋势,但仍高于21周以前的水平。②正常人胎血清生长激素含量,有随胎龄增加而上升趋势。③正常胎儿垂体生长激素含量与其身长、体重呈正相关,无脑儿身长、体重与生长激素含量无关。结论:生长激素虽然在胚胎生长发育中起重要作用但非必需。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the changes of pituitary growth hormone and embryonic growth in different gestational age human fetuses. Methods: The serum and pituitary growth hormone levels in 27 normal human fetuses and 8 children without brain injury were studied by radioimmunoassay. Results: ① Before 21 weeks, the growth hormone in the pituitary gland increased gradually and peaked at 21-24 weeks, then decreased, but still higher than that before 21 weeks. ② normal human fetal serum growth hormone levels, with increasing gestational age increased. ③ normal fetal pituitary growth hormone content and its length, weight was positively correlated, no brain length, body weight and growth hormone content. Conclusion: Although growth hormone plays an important role in embryonic development, it is not necessary.
