东城区卫生防疫站现有职工176人。其中卫生技术人员143人。共有12个科室,担负着全区65万居民的卫生防病任务。我们认真学习了中央关于改革的指示,分析了我站的现状,决定从干部的两级选聘入手,大胆探索卫生防疫工作的改革。我们的作法是:一、改革劳动人事制度,实行干部两级选聘制改革前,我站共设十一个科和一室,其中十个科室附设化验室、标本室、验光室等附属机构。中层干部30人,占职工总数的17.8%,平均年龄
Dongcheng District Health and Anti-epidemic Station has 176 employees. There are 143 health technicians.
