[目的]研究在同一环境条件下宁春4号及其亲本的农艺、产量及品质性状表现,并对其相关性状的背景基因分布进行分子检测。[方法]以宁春4号及其亲本索诺拉64、宏图、阿勃碧玉麦为材料,对其农艺性状、品质性状进行测定,并用分子检测法对其遗传变异规律进行分析。[结果]宁春4号遗传了索诺拉64大穗,红粒,硬质和宏图千粒重高等优点,同时也遗传了索诺拉64晚熟宏图分蘖力低等缺点;宁春4号籽粒品质略低于索诺拉64;宁春4号具有5+10的优质亚基,具有良好的面团流变学特性;宁春4号遗传了宏图长光周期特性和不抗慢叶锈和条锈特性及双亲低PPO活性、高黄色素含量。[结论]该研究结果为小麦种质资源的遗传分析奠定了基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the agronomic, yield and quality traits of Ningchun 4 and its parents under the same environmental conditions, and to detect the molecular genetic background of the related traits. [Method] The agronomic traits and quality traits of Ningchun No.4 and its parents Sonora 64, Hongtu and Aboboy were measured, and their genetic variation was analyzed by molecular detection. [Result] Ningchun No.4 inherited the advantages of Sonora 64 big ears, red grains, hard grains and grandiose thousand grains weight, and also inherited the weak tillering ability of Sonora 64 late maturity macro map. The grain quality of Ningchun No.4 Lower than that of Sonora 64. Ningchun No.4 had 5 + 10 excellent subunits with good dough rheological properties. Ningchun No.4 inherited long-period photoperiod characteristics and no resistance to slow leaf rust and stripe rust And parents with low PPO activity, high yellow pigment content. [Conclusion] The results laid the foundation for the genetic analysis of wheat germplasm resources.
