学校综合实践活动课程教研组在参与许校长主持的省重点课题《学校主动发展实践中教师教学惯习转变的实践研究》,以及我主持领题的江苏省教育科学“十二五”重点资助课题《综合实践活动课程“学科整合”的实践研究》的研究过程中,提出了综合实践活动课程(以下简称“综合课”)学科整合背景下“一专多能”教师团队建设的构想,特别注重了综合课“一专多能”教师团队建设的研究,意在改进教师的“三不”陋习,即不学习、不研究、不合作的现象,提升教师教育教学的综合能力。
