分析了高速旋转电弧大电流单面焊第一层焊道(封底焊道)的焊接现象,并对各种焊接参数调节方式进行了讨论,展示了实现单面焊双面成形的可能性.采用高速旋转电弧,不仅可以改善焊道成形,而且在大电流下能获得稳定的穿透效应,因而能进行单面焊接.为了保证封底焊道具有良好形状,不受间隙变化的影响,应按照间隙大小,相应地控制适宜的熔敷金属数量,以维持一定的焊道高度,在此同时,还要注意维持一定的焊接线能量.
