由于越南目前和未来对水泥需求量较大,为提高本国水泥生产技术,逐渐提高水泥制造业在本国经济建设中的地位,使之成为关键经济产业,越南政府于1997年11月中旬制定了2000年水泥业发展规划,包括引进先进技术,投资自动化生产设施,以减少原材料、能源及人力消耗,努力提高中小型水泥厂运营水平,在扩大原有水泥厂生产能力的同时,在全面研究市场供需、原材料来源、技术、资金筹措及环保等问题的基础上建设新水泥厂。
As Vietnam has a large demand for cement at present and in the future, in order to improve its cement production technology and gradually increase its position in the country’s economic construction, it has become a key economic industry. The Vietnamese government formulated the 2000 in mid-November 1997. The cement industry development plan includes the introduction of advanced technologies and investment in automated production facilities to reduce the consumption of raw materials, energy and manpower, and strives to improve the operation level of small and medium-sized cement plants. While expanding the production capacity of existing cement plants, it is also conducting a comprehensive study of market supply and demand. New cement plants are built on the basis of issues such as raw materials, sources of raw materials, technology, financing, and environmental protection.
