中层干部作为国有企业中坚力量,对国有企业的建设和发展发挥着重要作用。因此,如何对其进行科学的考核评价成为企业领导者和相关学者关注的重点。就目前国有企业中层干部考核评价体系现状来看,多数企业还无法公平、公正、科学的去评价和考核中层干部的工作能力和业绩水平,严重的阻碍了国有企业人才的战略性发展,有必要对国有企业中层干部考核评价体系进行深入的探究。
As the backbone of state-owned enterprises, middle-level cadres play an important role in the construction and development of state-owned enterprises. Therefore, how to conduct scientific assessment and evaluation becomes the focus of business leaders and related scholars. Judging from the current status of the middle-level cadre assessment and evaluation system for state-owned enterprises, most companies are still unable to evaluate and evaluate the mid-level cadre’s working ability and performance level in a fair, just, and scientific manner, which seriously impedes the strategic development of state-owned enterprise talents. The in-depth exploration of the evaluation and evaluation system for middle-level cadres of state-owned enterprises was conducted.
