本文对本院自１９８７年至１９９３年３０８例经手术证实的４８４处椎间盘突出及部分合并椎管狭窄的病人的Ｏｍｎｉｐａｑｕｅ椎管造影表现和手术所见进行分析，对椎间盘病变的造影表现的诊断提出下列几个分型：①后突出型。②后侧移位型。③双侧突出型。④弥漫突出型。⑤破裂移位型。以上各型伴或不伴有椎管狭窄。
