用PHA,PWM,LPS三种丝裂原分别激活淋巴细胞,应用~3H-TdR参入法观察淋巴细胞转化,研究变态反应性哮喘在穴位脱敏治疗中的细胞免疫功能。实验表明,变态反应性哮喘患者PHA,PWM;LPS激活的淋巴细胞,~3H-TdR参入率与正常对照人群相比分别为P>0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01。变态反应性哮喘采用穴位脱敏治疗后与治疗前相比,其~3H-TdR参入率趋向正常。穴位脱敏组与A、B两对照组相比较,其~3H-TdR参入淋巴细胞转化率之间差异显著(P<0.01)。这为研究细胞免疫在变态反应性哮喘发病和其治疗效果中的作用,提供科学的临床实验依据。
Lymphocytes were activated by PHA, PWM and LPS, respectively. Lymphocyte transformation was observed by ~ 3H-TdR incorporation, and cellular immune function of allergic asthma in acupoint desensitization was studied. The experimental results showed that the rate of ~ 3H-TdR incorporation in PHA, PWM; LPS-activated lymphocytes in patients with allergic asthma was P> 0.05, P <0.05, P <0.01, respectively. Alzheimer’s asthma with acupuncture points desensitization treatment compared with before treatment, the ~ 3H-TdR rate of admission to normal. There was significant difference (P <0.01) in the conversion of ~ 3H-TdR into lymphocytes between acupoint desensitization group and A and B control groups. This is to study the role of cellular immunity in the pathogenesis of allergic asthma and its therapeutic effect, to provide scientific basis for clinical trials.
