本文对现场800片预制混凝土梁板钢筋保护层厚度偏差情况进行了调查统计,并通过对钢筋保护层垫块密度计算分析,再次验证了保护层垫块的设置密度。结合对钢筋保护层层厚度偏差机理的分析,提出了保护层厚度偏差治理的构造设置方法。并且为了提高保护层浇注的密实度提出了通过控制粗骨料粒径方式提高混凝土的通过率,最终达到提高保护层混凝土质量的目的。
In this paper, 800 cases of prefabricated concrete slab rebar protective layer thickness deviation survey conducted a survey and statistics, and through the rebar protective layer pad density calculation and analysis again to verify the protective layer pad density. Based on the analysis of the deviation mechanism of the thickness of the protective layer of steel bar, a method of constructing the thickness of the protective layer is put forward. And in order to improve the density of the protective layer pouring, it is proposed that the passing rate of the concrete can be increased by controlling the coarse aggregate particle size so as to finally improve the quality of the protective layer concrete.
