中共黑龙江省委宣传部在5月上旬召开了全省新聞工作会議。这个会議总結了全省大跃进以来新聞工作的經驗,研究了当前的形势和任务,也讨論了进一步貫彻执行全党办报方針等問題。参加会議的,有报紙的总編輯、广播电台台长、中央各报駐省記者及四个基层通訊组的負責人,共125人。会上,省委书記馮紀新同志接見了到会的同志,并做了重要讲話。最后由省委委員、黑龙江日报总編輯白汝瑗同志作了总結发言。
Propaganda Department of Heilongjiang Provincial CPC Committee held a news conference of the province in early May. The meeting summed up the experience of the news work since the Great Leap Forward of the whole province, studied the current situation and tasks, and also discussed the issues of further implementing the guidelines for running the newspaper by the entire party. There were 125 persons in charge of the meeting, chief editor of newspapers, chief of radio station, chief correspondent of the Central News Agency for various provinces and the four grassroots communications groups. At the meeting, Comrade Feng Jixin, party secretary, met with the comrades who attended the meeting and made an important speech. Finally, the provincial party committee member, chief editor of Heilongjiang Daily, made a concluding speech by Bai Ruhun.
