目的:建立HPLC法测定注射用三磷酸胞苷二钠的含量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定注射用三磷酸胞苷二钠中总核苷酸的量,再采用高效液相色谱法测定三磷酸胞苷二钠的重量比,通过两者的乘积计算三磷酸胞苷二钠的含量,并将测得结果与纸电泳法对比。结果:此法可使三磷酸胞苷二钠与二磷酸胞苷二钠、单磷酸胞苷二钠峰得到很好的分离,所测得的结果与纸电泳法结果基本一致。结论:本法操作简便、可行、准确,适用于本制剂的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of disodium cytidine triphosphate for injection. Methods: The total amount of nucleotide in cytidine triphosphate triphosphate for injection was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The weight ratio of cytidine triphosphate disodium was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The product of triphosphate Cytidine disodium content, and the measured results compared with the paper electrophoresis. Results: This method can make disodium cytidine triphosphate and disodium diphosphate, disodium monophosphate phosphate peak was well separated, the measured results and paper electrophoresis results are basically the same. Conclusion: This method is simple, feasible and accurate, suitable for the determination of the content of this preparation.
