目的:提高完善阿归养血糖浆质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对白芍、黄芪、甘草进行鉴别;同时采用HPLC法测定芍药苷的含量,色谱柱为Agilent TC_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈.水(13:87),流速为1.0ml·min~(-1),柱温:40℃,检测波长为230nm。结果:TLC色谱斑点清晰,专属性强,重复性良好。芍药苷对照品在0.049~0.971μg范围內线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.0%,RSD为0.7%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To improve the quality standard of Ah Gui Yin Xue Syrup. Methods: The contents of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Astragali and Radix Glycyrrhizae were determined by TLC, and the content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC with Agilent TC_ (18) (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) 87). The flow rate was 1.0ml · min -1. The column temperature was 40 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 230nm. Results: TLC chromatogram spots clear, specific, reproducible. Paeoniflorin reference substance in the range of 0.049 ~ 0.971μg good linear relationship (r = 0.9999), the average recovery was 100.0%, RSD was 0.7% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and accurate and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
