胰岛素分泌瘤从最初症状出现到诊断可经10天～15年。通过 Whipple 氏三联症——禁食或运动促使症状突发;低血糖伴随症状出现及葡萄糖可解除症状和内源性血胰岛素水平与一般葡萄糖水平不相称可诊
Insulin secreting tumor from the initial symptoms to diagnosis can be 10 days to 15 years. Symptoms are triggered by Whipple’s triad - Fasting or exercise; Symptoms of hypoglycemia with glucose-relievable symptoms and endogenous insulin levels are not commensurate with normal glucose levels
