大豐大足,鐘靈毓秀,孕育古老文化;精鑿细刻,三教合流,吞吐千年文明。大足石刻,一部中國哲學、宗教、藝術史話,一片誘發奇想的浮雕世界,一份過去献给未来的豐厚禮物。它延續了中國石窟藝術的發展轨迹,歷經千年宛然鮮活。它不僅是地球上一個美的地區單元,更包含了自然史和人類史某些重要特徵的區域。宗教的精粹、藝術的典範,傳遞着人類永恒的文明。
