知识型煤炭企业是以科技为基础、由知识型员工构成的新型企业,了解知识型员工的特点,构建人力资源管理的新模式,将是此类企业做大、做强的关键所在。要确立“以人为本”的管理理念,建立科学有效的人力资源管理体系,完善培训制度,从各个方面对知识型人才进行人性化管理,充分调动员工的积极性,让其更好地为企业服务。对知识型煤炭企业员工的特点、人力资源管理的要求及现状进行了分析,探讨了此类企业人力资源管理新模式的构建方法和途径。
Knowledge-based coal enterprises are new-type enterprises based on science and technology and made up of knowledge-based employees. Understanding the characteristics of knowledge-based employees and building a new model of human resources management will be the key to making such enterprises bigger and stronger. To establish a “people-oriented” management philosophy, the establishment of a scientific and effective human resources management system, improve the training system, from all aspects of human-based knowledge of human resources management, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of staff so that they can better serve the business . The characteristics of knowledge-based coal enterprises staff, human resources management requirements and status quo were analyzed and discussed the establishment of such a new model of human resources management methods and ways.
