在批林批孔运动深入发展的大好形势下,为进一步推动农村爱国卫生运动的深入发展,更好地为农业生产和人民健康服务,中央卫生部委托安徽省卫生局于三月十七日至四月五日在界首县举办了北方十六省、市、自治区“两管”(管水、管粪)、“五改”(改水井、厕所、畜圈、锅灶、环境卫生)经验交流学习班。参加学习班的有北京、天津、河北、山西、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、内蒙、陕西、甘肃、青海、宁夏、新疆、河南、山东、安徽等省、市、自治区爱委会的同志和负责“两管”、“五改”工作的专业人员,共计八十四人。中央卫生部、中的医学科学院卫生研究所、人民卫生出版社、广东省卫生防疫站也派员参加了学习班。
