青光眼外滤过术是目前手术治疗青光眼常用而有效的办法,但术后术区纤维增生造成滤过泡瘢痕化。导致外滤道失去作用是术后2年内手术失败的重要原因。我们于1995年5月起将干扰素用于青光眼滤过手术,取得良好疗效。 临床资料 1 一般资料 选取自1995年5月～10月间患者18例29只眼作治疗组,男7例11只眼,女11例18只眼,年龄44岁～73岁,平均54.04岁,慢性闭角型青光眼11
