目的讨论闭合复位外固定支架治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法自2012年11月~2014年5月采用闭合复位外固定支架治疗桡骨远端骨折35例。结果术后35例均获得随访，随访时间2~12个月，平均8个月。所有骨折在12w内均全部临床愈合，平均9w，术后4~5w拆除外固定支架，平均4.3w。关节功能根据Dienst[1]功能评估标准进行评定，优24例，良9例，可2例，优良率94%。结论外固定支架能够较好的固定治疗桡骨远端骨折，操作简便，固定可靠，疗效确切。“,”Objective To discuss the clinical ef ect of closed reduction and external fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures. Methods From November 2012 to May, 35 cases of distal radius fractures were treated with closed reduction and external fixation. Results Al 35 cases were fol owed up for months to 2 months, and the average was 8 months. Al the fractures in 12 weeks al the patients was healed, with an average of 9 weeks, external fixator removal 4~5 weeks after the operation, with an average of 4.3 weeks. Joint function was evaluated according to the Dienst [1] functional evaluation criteria, excel ent in 24 cases, good in 9 cases, good in 2 cases, good rate of 94%. Conclusion External fixation can be used in the treatment of distal radius fractures, and the operation is simple, reliable and ef ective.
