目的探讨改良丝袜在留置针固定中的效果。方法选择2015年3月~5月我科使用留置针患者60例。按随机数学表分为对照组30例、试验组30例，对照组常规固定，试验组在对照组基础上加用改良丝袜固定。观察透明贴黏性降低需要更换透明贴及留置针脱出情况。结果两组留置针固定效果比较，差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论使用改良丝袜固定留置针可明显减少留置针脱出及透明贴更换的次数。“,”Objective To investigate the ef ect of improving the fixation of the modified stockings in the needle fixation.Methods Choose 60 cases of patients with indwel ing needle in our department in 2015.3 ~2015.5.According to the random mathematics table, the control group was divided into 30 cases, the experimental group was 30 cases, the control group was fixed, the experimental group was added with the modified silk stockings.Observation of transparent paste decrease transparent paste and need to replace the catheter prolapse situation.Results There were statistical y significant dif erences in fixation ef ect between the two groups ( <0.05).Conclusion The use of modified silk stockings fixed indwel ing needle can significantly reduce the number of catheter prolapse and replacement of the transparent paste.
