北京市现有会计师事务所521家,注册会计师13000名,从业人员7.5万人,2008年行业年业务收入81.2亿元。2001年,北京注协党委正式成立,负责北京注册会计师行业党的建设工作,北京注协党委的成立对于加强行业党建工作、切实发挥党组织的服务保障监督作用、推动行业科学发展,具有十分重要的历史意义。北京注协党委在不断探索中逐步形成了“四个三”的做法和经验:即“三服务”、“三贴近”的工作方法;确立了“三结合”的工作目标;抓好了党建工作的“三个着力点”。
