在历史长河中,30年,一瞬间。30年来,中国在改革开放的道路上全速前进,取得了举世瞩目的成就。在这宏壮的历史进程中,广东作为改革开放的先行者、排头兵,以一往无前的进取精神、勇于探索的实践勇气,创造辉煌。广东在经济社会高速发展同时,不断加强民主法制建设,积极推进依法治省工作,为改革开放提供良好的法制保障。与经济社会发展同步,广东人大工作同样走过辉煌的30年。从本期开始,本刊特开辟专栏,连续报道我省人大工作的成就和经验,以纪念这非凡的30年,也藉此弘扬南粤大地敢为人先的精神,激励全省人民继续解放思想、坚持改革开放,在新的历史起点上再创辉煌。
