钙是人体内含量最多的矿物质成份,绝大部分钙都储存在骨组织中,骨钙量约占人体钙总量的90％以上。正常情况下,骨钙中约99％的钙是相对稳定的,称为稳定性钙;约1％的骨钙可与细胞外液交换,称为可溶合钙(miscible calcium)。软组织钙、细胞外液钙和可溶合钙合称为不稳定钙。稳定性钙和不稳定钙通过可溶合钙不断进行钙交换,旧骨中的不稳定钙不断进入血循环和细胞外
Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the human body. Most of the calcium is stored in the bone tissue, and the amount of bone calcium accounts for more than 90% of the total body calcium. Normally, about 99% of calcium in bone calcium is relatively stable, called stable calcium; about 1% of bone calcium can be exchanged with the extracellular fluid, known as miscible calcium.
