目前,我国轴承行业对轴承外圈采用盐浴炉淬火加热的较多,它存在着变形大、费用高、劳动强度大等弊病。我厂生产的小型、微型轴承,外圈最大直径为φ35mm、壁厚为2mm,外径磨量0.12-0.15mm。过去,我们一直用盐炉加热淬火,操作时虽严格要求,采用专用淬火夹具,但淬火后工件变形仍然很大,椭圆度不合格率高达40%(要求≤0.08mm),且清洗去盐也很麻烦。
