胡锦涛总书记在“七一”讲话中强调指出:“要加强和创新社会管理,完善党委领导、政府负责、社会协同、公众参与的社会管理格局,建设中国特色社会主义社会管理体系,全面提高社会管理科学化水平,确保人民安居乐业、社会和谐稳定。”可以说,如何加强和创新社会管理,是各级党委、政府在推进科学发展中必须要解决好的一个重要课题。
General Secretary Hu Jintao emphasized in his speech on “July 1”: “We should strengthen and innovate social management, improve the social management pattern of party committee leaders, government responsibility, social coordination and public participation, and establish a socialism social management system with Chinese characteristics. We will increase the scientific level of social management and ensure that people live and work in peace and harmony in society. ”It can be said that strengthening and innovating social management is an important issue that party committees and governments at all levels must solve in advancing scientific development.
