我院自1981年12月至1984年10月,用氨肽素治疗白细胞减少症、原发性血小板减少性紫癜、再生障碍性贫血等55例。疗程均在一月以上。疗效最好者为白细胞减少症,其次为原发性血小板减少性紫癜,通过系统观察,未见副作用。现简要分析如下:
Our hospital from December 1981 to October 1984, with aminopeptin treatment of leucopenia, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, aplastic anemia 55 cases. Treatment are in January or more. The best efficacy of leukopenia, followed by primary thrombocytopenic purpura, through systematic observation, no side effects. The brief analysis is as follows:
