通过改变冷轧过程中的工艺参数,研究了加工变形量、Q值(相对减壁量和相对减径量的比值)对TC16(Ti-2Al-2.5Zr)钛合金管材拉伸力学性能的影响,同时研究了退火温度对管材拉伸力学性能及显微组织的影响。结果表明:Ti-2Al-2.5Zr合金管材具有良好的冷加工性能,当冷轧变形量在25%时可获得较佳的强塑性匹配;当轧制Q值在1.2~2.0变化时,管材强度、塑形均随Q增大而提高,可获得综合性能优异的管材。此外,研究发现随着退火温度的升高,管材强度、塑性及屈强比均呈现下降趋势。
