在旋转填充床中采用液液相法合成了平均粒径为(30~40)nm、粒度分布窄的碳酸锶纳米粉体。探讨了转速及干燥过程对颗粒平均粒径、无因次方差的影响,并对颗粒进行了TEM、XRD表征。该法过程简单,生产率高,易于工业化。
The strontium carbonate nano-powder with average particle diameter (30 ~ 40) nm and narrow particle size distribution was synthesized by liquid-liquid phase method in a rotating packed bed. The effects of rotational speed and drying process on average particle size and dimensionless variance were discussed. The particles were characterized by TEM and XRD. The process is simple, high productivity, easy to industrialization.
