一、妙用激励机制激活课堂,让学生成为主人学习是两大因素积极配合的结果,即以思维为核心的智力因素和以动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格为主的非智力因素。如果说,智力因素是人们认识客观事物的工作系统,那么非智力因素就是人们认识客观事物的动力系统。在教学中,非智力因素的动力作用对于促进学生学习能力的形成、智力的发展有着非常重要的意义。因此,促进学生主动发展的教学策略把激发学生的非智力因素即更好地调动学生的内在驱动力放在首位,重点培养学生较高的学习动机,激发浓厚的学习兴趣,
