目的:对伴有注意缺陷多动障碍的弱视儿童在常规治疗的同时配合心理学干预,观察心理干预对弱视常规治疗效果的影响。方法:对同时患有两种疾病的儿童,按弱视的类别、程度、年龄性别配对分组。对研究组做常规弱视训练,同时配合心理学干预,对照组单纯开展常规弱视训练,观察治疗效果。结果:在相同治疗时间内,研究组治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对伴有注意缺陷多动障碍的弱视儿童开展心理干预,可提高对弱视的治疗效果。在弱视儿童中应注重儿童心理问题的筛查,及时进行心理学干预。
Objective: To observe the effect of psychological intervention on the therapeutic effect of amblyopia in children with amblyopia accompanied by attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) with routine intervention and psychology intervention. Methods: children with both diseases, according to the classification of amblyopia, degree, age and sex pairs grouping. The study group to do conventional amblyopia training, combined with psychological intervention, the control group to carry out conventional amblyopia training to observe the treatment effect. Results: In the same treatment time, the treatment effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Psychological intervention in children with amblyopia associated with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder can improve the therapeutic effect on amblyopia. Children with amblyopia should pay attention to the psychological screening of children, psychological intervention in a timely manner.
