目的探讨护理干预对创伤性骨折患者生活质量的影响。方法随机选取在我院接受治疗的创伤性骨折患者40例,并随机均分为对照组和观察组,分别采取常规护理和综合性护理干预,比较两种护理方法对患者生活质量的影响。结果观察组患者实施护理后在生理、心理、社会关系的生活质量评分均优于对照组患者,差异具有显著的统计学意义。结论对创伤性骨折患者采取综合护理干预后,可改善患者的生活质量,提高预后效果。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with traumatic fracture. Methods Forty patients with traumatic fracture treated in our hospital were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The routine and comprehensive nursing interventions were taken respectively to compare the effects of the two nursing methods on the quality of life of the patients. Results The scores of quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group after the nursing was performed. The differences were statistically significant. Conclusions The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with traumatic fracture can improve the quality of life and improve the prognosis of patients.
