为了适应兴办职工家庭农场的需要,我场于1984年建立了分场会计结算站,取消了原生产队一级核算,由会计结算站直接与家庭农场发生经济业务关系,减少了生产队干部120人,每年可节约管理费用7万多元。经过两年多的实践,我们体会到,会计结算站的建立,在减轻职工负担,简化核算手续,加强资金管理,更好地为家庭农场服务等方面起到了—定的作用。会计结算站在年初根据农场的生产财务计划和承包任务,通过签订承包合同,核定粮、棉、油、猪等主要农畜产品的定购任务和贷款指标,使家庭农场在年初就知道全年的生产任务和贷款指标。超到了在产前为家庭农场服务的作用。
