该文从抚宁县实际出发，依据地理、自然、社会三方面的客观因素，研究确立了抚宁县的林业生产宏观模式。自南至北梯形层次结构，总体布局，第一层次南部平原及沿海滩涂毛白杨、旱柳生态带；第二层次中部丘陵区名、特、优果品经济林基地带；第三层北部山区“１１１５５”生态脱贫工程。这一研究是对县级“实行大地园林化”的实践和探索。它的实施不但使抚宁林业生产有了更高更快更好的发展，而且也更加充分的发挥了林业生产的三大效益。
Based on the actual situation of Funing County and based on the objective factors of geography, nature and society, this paper studies and establishes the macroscopic mode of forestry production in Funing County. From the south to the north trapezoidal structure, the overall layout, the first level of the southern plains and coastal beaches Poplar, the willow ecological zone; the second level of the central hilly region name, special, excellent fruit economic forest base zone; the third northern mountain “11155 ”Ecological poverty alleviation project. This research is the practice and exploration of “practicing the earth garden” at the county level.
