针对反击式破碎机专用锤头因磨损而失效的特点,研发了一种蜂窝型双金属复合型锤头。该锤头以高锰钢作锤体,高铬铸铁作耐磨棒,并采用特殊镶铸工艺,将耐磨棒弥散分布于锤头端部。锤头内耐磨棒与基体结合牢固、抗冲击能力强,大幅度提高了锤头使用寿命,从而降低了锤头综合使用成本。
In view of the characteristics of the impact hammer for the impact crusher which is invalid due to the wear and tear, a honeycomb bimetal compound hammerhead has been developed. The hammerhead made of high manganese steel as a hammer body, high chromium cast iron as a wear-resistant rod, and the use of a special insert casting process, the wear-resistant rods dispersed in the hammer head. Hammer within the wear-resistant rod and the substrate with a solid, strong impact resistance, greatly improving the life of the hammer, thereby reducing the overall hammer cost.
