校长领导的关键就是教育思想的领导,就是用先进的教育思想引领学校、教师走向更有品位的教育。一个学校能发展到什么程度,还取决于学校决策者“思维突破”。同时,校长要以身作则,扎扎实实地作出成绩来树立在教师心目中良好的地位和形象,得到全体教师的尊重,带领教师朝着有利于学生、学校可持续发展的方向发展。从三方面阐述了如何做有智慧的校长,办有品位的学校。
The key to the principal’s leadership is the leadership of educational thought, that is, to lead the schools and teachers toward more tasteful education with advanced educational thoughts.
