为解决房地产市场发展过程中存在的各种问题,促进房地产市场健康稳定发展,各级政府应从转变“土地财政”观念、拓宽房地产市场融资渠道、推进保障性住房建设等方面入手。
In order to solve various problems existing in the development of the real estate market and promote the healthy and stable development of the real estate market, all levels of government should start with changing the concept of “land finance”, broadening the financing channels for the real estate market and promoting the construction of affordable housing.
