中小河流流域规划会议,是在全国农田水利会議之后,于1957年8月28日在北京召开的。会议一■行了十天,至9月7日闭会。这次会议的召开,是通过交流各省(区)近几年來在編制中小河流流域■方面的经验、討論編制中小河流流域規划的方向,从而达到明确编制中小河流流域規划的目的。在会議上由江苏、广东、浙江、湖南、湖北、四川、新疆、山东、河北、遼寧等省(区)及■淮河、黄河、北京等直屬勘测设计院做了白焉河流域規划、通揚运河以南地区水利规划、江苏省的■田水利規划、海南島中小河流地区規划、浦阳江流域防洪除澇規划、涓水流域规划、府河流域规划、四川省中
Small and medium-sized river basin planning meeting is in the country after the farmland water conservancy conference, held on August 28, 1957 in Beijing. The meeting was held for 10 days until September 7. The meeting was held to exchange views on the experiences of provinces and autonomous regions in the preparation of small and medium-sized river basins in recent years and to discuss the direction of planning of small and medium-sized river basins so as to achieve the purpose of clearly defining the planning of medium and small river basins. At the meeting, Baiyue River basin was planned by Jiangsu Provincial Government, Guangdong Province, Zhejiang Province, Hunan Province, Hubei Province, Sichuan Province, Xinjiang Province, Shandong Province, Hebei Province, Liaoning Province and other provinces (autonomous regions) and the Huaihe River, the Yellow River and Beijing.
