目的:探讨清开灵联用酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效。方法:将120例新生儿高胆红素血症随机分为常规组(对照组A)、清开灵组(对照组B)和清开灵联用酪酸梭菌活菌组(治疗组)。结果:治疗组降低胆红素的作用与两组对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:清开灵联用酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效显著,可缩短病程,易于临床推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Qingkailing combined with Clostridium butyricum in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods: 120 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into routine group (control group A), Qingkailing group (control group B) and Qingkailing group with Clostridium butyricum viable group (treatment group). Results: The effect of reducing bilirubin in the treatment group was statistically significant compared with the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Qingkailing combined with Clostridium butyricum live bacteria treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia significant effect, can shorten the course of the disease, easy to promote clinical use.
