旋流器内部流动状态复杂,流量和压力的变化规律难以预测,成为应用中的难题。通过试验,研究了液—液旋流器的流量、压力和分流比之间的关系,首次建立了预测旋流器流压特性的方法。应用该方法分别预测了定流量和定底流出口背压的不同工况,其预测值和实测值的一致性是相当好的,具有相当高的精度。对旋流器的设计和使用具有重要的指导作用。
Cyclone flow inside the complex state, the flow and pressure changes in the unpredictable, become a problem in application. Through experiments, the relationship between flow rate, pressure and split ratio of liquid-liquid cyclone was studied, and the method of predicting the pressure characteristics of the cyclone was established for the first time. This method is used to predict the different conditions of constant flow rate and back pressure of fixed bottom flow outlet respectively. The consistency between predicted and measured values is quite good and has very high accuracy. The cyclone design and use of an important guiding role.
