Although febrile seizures (FC) are a more common clinical condition, the cellular and neurobiochemical mechanisms that have so far led to FC remain unclear. It was suggested that central nervous system histamine (HA) is involved in the suppression of seizures. In this paper, the possible role of HA in regulating FC was evaluated by measuring HA and its major metabolite, methylhistamine (t-MN), in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of FC children. The authors, with the consent of their families, took CSF samples of 86 children in four groups based on clinical indications. Record body temperature immediately before wearing. Many children have used antipyretic analgesics (mainly paracetamol) within 24 hours. Sedation or other benzodiazepines (BZDs) as antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) or sedatives should be used if needed before lumbar puncture. Only 1 child in the FC group used antihistamines within 24 hours. In addition to recording medication, but also record the amount of food within 24 hours and the last meal food name. FC Children Group by 35 for Acute FC while
