用人参黄芪提取液,喂养老年大鼠,每日每公斤体重灌喂200mg 人参和200mg 黄芪提取液,取同龄组老年大鼠为对照,每日灌喂等量自来水,连续1个月。两组同时在麻醉下取材,取血。将取下的甲状腺经电镜样品制备,在 E—1200型电镜下观察;将血液离心取血清进行放射免疫测定。其结果:参芪组与对照组之间存在着明显差异,说明人参黄芪对老龄大鼠甲状腺机能低下有对抗作用。
With ginseng radix astragali extract, the aged rats were fed with 200 mg ginseng and 200 mg jaundice extract per kilogram of body weight per day. The same age group of senile rats was used as a control, and the same amount of tap water was fed daily for 1 month. Both groups were drawn under anesthesia and blood was taken. The removed thyroid gland was prepared by electron microscopy and observed under E-1200 electron microscope. Serum was collected by centrifugation for radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: There was a significant difference between the Shenqi group and the control group, indicating that ginseng Huangqi has an antagonistic effect on hypothyroidism in aged rats.
