本文对施锌栽培天麻的可行性和实用性进行了探讨。用薄层层析、色谱扫描及元素分光光度法定量分析表明:施锌与未施锌栽培的天麻及野生天麻,所会化学成分的种类和含量,无显著差异;而锌含量与其栽培过程中施锌量呈正相关性。
This article discusses the feasibility and practicality of applying Zinc to cultivate gastrodia elata. Quantitative analysis by thin layer chromatography, chromatography, and elemental spectrophotometry showed that there was no significant difference in the type and content of chemical constituents of the gastrodin and wild gastrodia species cultivated with or without zinc, while the zinc content and its cultivation process The amount of zinc applied was positively correlated.
