目的研究赤雹Thladiantha dubia茎化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、中压柱色谱和薄层制备色谱方法进行分离纯化,利用理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果从赤雹茎乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为山柰酚-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(1)、山柰酚-3-O-(6″-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、咖啡酸乙酯(3)、3,4-二甲氧基苯乙酮(4)、豆甾醇(5)、胆甾醇(6)、α-菠甾醇(7)、(2R,3S,2′S,4E,8E)-Δ4(5),Δ8(9)-鞘氨醇-2′-羟基-十六碳酰胺(8)、1-(17Z-二十四碳烯基)-甘油醚(9)、邻苯二甲酸二-(2-乙基)-己酯(10)。结论化合物3、9、10为首次从葫芦科中分离得到,化合物1、2首次从赤雹属分离得到,化合物4、5、6、8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Thladiantha dubia. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, medium pressure column chromatography and TLC. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified from the ethanolic extracts of red hail stems as kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside (1), kaempferol-3-O- β-D-glucoside (2), ethyl caffeate (3), 3,4-dimethoxyacetophenone (4), stigmasterol (5), gall (9) -s-sphingosine (7), (2R, 3S, 2’S, 4E, 8E) -Δ4 (5), Δ8 (8), 1- (17Z-tetracosanyl) -glyceryl ether (9), di- (2-ethyl) -hexyl phthalate (10) Times from the Cucurbitaceae isolated compound 1, 2 for the first time isolated from the genus Hail, compounds 4,5,6,8 for the first time isolated from the plant.
