赤潮发生机理的研究是当今海洋环境保护的重要课题。日、美等国家对赤潮生物的生理和生态、赤潮与营养盐的关系、赤潮预报、影响估测及对策等方面开展了广泛的研究。我国曾就近海出现的赤潮作过调查,做了赤潮生物的鉴定、赤潮机理和危害的初步探讨。(3·4·7·8) 本文研究了常微量营养物质、温度、盐度、浊度等因素对三种微藻(包括赤潮生物)生长的效应,以及营养物质和主要环境因素的综合效应。
The research on the mechanism of red tide is an important issue in marine environmental protection. Japan, the United States and other countries on the red tide biological physiology and ecology, the relationship between red tide and nutrients, red tide forecast, impact assessment and countermeasures carried out a wide range of research. China has conducted an investigation on the occurrence of red tides in the offshore and made initial discussions on the identification of red tide organisms, the red tide mechanism and the hazards. (3.4.7.8) In this paper, the effects of some trace nutrients, temperature, salinity and turbidity on the growth of three microalgae (including red tide organisms), and the combined effects of nutrients and major environmental factors .
