我国敦煌吐鲁番学会成立大会、一九八三年全国敦煌学术讨论会于八月十五日至二十二日在兰州胜利召开。这是我国学术界的一次盛会。来自全国22个省、市、自治区和港澳地区,包括汉、满、维吾尔、藏、蒙、回等六个民族的194名学者专家出席了会议,大家欢聚一堂,进行学术交流。会议由中共中央宣传部委托教育部协调组织,并取得了中国社会科学院、文化部文物局和甘肃、新疆、西藏三个省、自治区有关部门的大力支持。中共中央书记处书记、中宣部部长邓力群出席了会议并做了重要讲话。八月十五日上午,全国政协副主席、兰州部
Our country Dunhuang Turpan Association was established, the 1983 National Dunhuang Symposium held in Lanzhou on August 15 to 22. This is a grand occasion of our academic community. A total of 194 experts from six provinces including Han, Manchu, Uighur, Tibetan, Mongolian and Hui nationalities came from 22 provinces, cities, autonomous regions and Hong Kong and Maucao of the country and gathered together for academic exchanges. The meeting was entrusted by the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with the coordination of the Ministry of Education and obtained strong support from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Cultural Relics Bureau of the Ministry of Culture and relevant departments of Gansu, Xinjiang and Tibet.
