情报学理论思维的不成熟甚至缺失,是导致情报学精神气质消亡及其目前生存困境的原因。情报学理论思维是以情报活动的发展为对象,对情报实践展开反思与省察的过程。它关注情报活动,基于情报实践进行理论思考和建构;它以一定的知识系统为依据,并使之为情报学解释服务;它以情报活动的发展为致思取向。情报学应重构自身的思维方式,这是情报学走出困境,走向成熟和规范化的标志。
Immature or even missing theoretical thinking in informatics is the reason leading to the demise of information science ethos and its current predicament in existence. Intelligence theory is based on the development of intelligence activities as the object, to reflect on the practice of intelligence and inspection process. It focuses on intelligence activities and conducts theoretical thinking and construction based on intelligence practice. It bases on a certain knowledge system and makes it an information science interpretation service. It takes the development of intelligence activities as the orientation. Information science should reconstruct its own way of thinking, which is a sign that information science is out of the woods and going to maturity and standardization.
