近年来,河南省文化建设取得了显著的成就,然而与先进省份相比,还是有着较大的差距。其差距表现在文化产业综合效益不高,竞争力不强;文化体制改革有待于进一步深入;文化消费水平低;自主创新能力不足等。加快河南省文化发展,必须学习和借鉴发达地区文化发展成功经验,走出一条具有河南特色的文化产业发展之路。
In recent years, Henan Province has made remarkable achievements in cultural construction, however, compared with the advanced provinces, there is still a big gap. The gap is reflected in the comprehensive benefits of cultural industries is not high, the competitiveness is not strong; cultural system reform to be further deepened; low level of cultural consumption; lack of capacity for independent innovation. To speed up cultural development in Henan Province, we must learn from and learn from the successful experience of cultural development in developed regions and embark on a road of cultural industry development featuring Henan.
