原发性眶上神经痛又称三叉神经第Ⅰ支痛,是临床常见的顽固性疾病,迄今尚无可靠的治疗方法。射频温控热凝术(以下简称热凝术)近年在国内用于治疗三叉神经痛,以往的热凝术是在半月神经节内施行,由于有失明的可能,故未被眼科应用。我们自1984年以来用经局部皮穿热凝术治疗原发性眶上神经痛12例(12眼),效果良好,现报告如下。对象与方法对象:12例患者中,男8例,女4例;
