In this paper, 97 original TNT workers whose contacts were terminated were dynamically observed for 12 years and found that their crystal damage continued to progress. The incidence of crystal damage, occurrence time, rate of progress and degree of progress are closely related with the length of TNT exposure. The observation also found that the original body after injury were returned to normal, the only ocular lens damage continues to progress. The mechanism of TNT cataract formation and the long-term accumulation of TNT in vivo were also discussed.
