Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of low dose dopamine in neonates with renal dysfunction caused by severe asphyxia. Methods: From May 2011 to May 2013, 128 neonates with renal dysfunction induced by asphyxia in our hospital were randomly divided into A and B groups. Group A was treated with low dose dopamine on the basis of routine treatment, and group B Only routine treatment, compared with two groups of children with renal function recovery. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group A was 90.6%, which was significantly higher than that of group B 76.6%. After treatment, the data of all groups were significantly better than that of group B (P <0.05). Conclusion: Severe asphyxia neonates are prone to renal dysfunction. On the basis of routine treatment, the combination of low-dose dopamine preparations can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and ensure the health of children, so it is worth promoting.
